The section shape of the grinding wheel is trimmed to the section suitable for the tooth groove of the gear, and the gear is grinding by forming method. During grinding, the contact area between the cutting shape of the wheel and the gear is large, the amount of metal removed per unit time is large, and the grinding efficiency is high.

Key Configurations

1. X Axis: the bed adopts integral casting. the x axis is the radial feed movement of the workpiece, driven by the servo motor with speed and high precision reducer, the rolling linear guide rail is supported and the linear grating ruler is adopted to achieve full closed-loop control.

2. Y axis: grinding wheel tangential displacement axis, using linear guide rail, ball screw, servo motor direct drive, using linear grating to achieve full closed-loop control.

3. Z axis: the servo motor directly drives the ball screw through the pulley, adopts the rolling linear guide rail support and adopts the linear grating ruler to achieve full closed-loop control.

4. A axis : rotation axis of grinding wheel frame, driven by servo motor with speed ratio 119 cycloidal reducer, clamping between of plate and column using disc spring clamping, hydraulic relaxation, full closed-loop control.

5. B axis: grinding wheel rotation axis, electric spindle through the pulley drive grinding wheel spindle rotation, frequency converter speed regulation, grinding wheel spindle built-in dynamic balance and AE device.

6. C axis: the selection of high-precision YRT bearing support and torque motor direct drive, through high-precision circular grating to achieve full closed-loop control.

7. The workpiece column: driven by the motor screw move, the guide rail use linear guide.

8. Dressing spindle: select high-precision dressing motor.
