The section shape of the grinding wheel is trimmed to the section suitable for the tooth groove of the gear, and the gear is grinding by forming method. During grinding, the contact area between the cutting shape of the wheel and the gear is large, the amount of metal removed per unit time is large, and the grinding efficiency is high.

Key Configurations

1. Grinding wheel frame radial movement axis (X axis);

The servo motor drives the column to move through the coupling and screw. The linear grating installed on the drag plate feeds the position signal to the numerical control system, controls the rotation of the servo motor, and realizes the precise feed motion of the column.

2. Grinding wheel frame axial movement axis (Z axis);

Servo motor through the coupling, screw drive the column drag plate to move. The linear grating installed on the bed feeds the position signal to the numerical control system, controls the rotation of the servo motor, and realizes the precise cutting motion of the column drag plate.

2. Abrasive spiral Angle adjustment shaft (axis A);

The servo motor drives the grinding wheel to rotate through the coupling and worm gear pair. CNC semi-closed loop control A-axis servo motor rotation. The turntable is clamped by disc spring and hydraulically loosened.

3. Workpiece rotation axis (C axis) :

Double worm and worm gear pair anti-backlash mechanism is adopted. High precision circular grating is adopted as feedback element. The maximum speed is 15rpm.

4. Grinding wheel rotation axis (S axis)

The electric spindle installed inside the grinding wheel frame is driven by a synchronous tooth belt to drive the main shaft to rotate, and the grinding wheel thickness can be divided into 16mm, 25mm and 35mm according to the grinding gear parameters. The maximum line speed of grinding wheel is 50m/s.

5. Diamond roller rotation axis (S1 axis)

The asynchronous motor drives the diamond roller to rotate through the coupling and the dressing spindle. Diamond roller rotation speed fixed 2800rpm.
