The machine bed is made of high strength cast iron. The structure of the casting is analyzed by machine tool dynamics and finite element analysis. The X, Y, Z coordinate screw of the machine tool adopts high-precision ball screw pair, adopts special bearing for the screw, the front 3 and the back 2 are fixed, and the double nuts are pretightened, so that the rigidity is strengthened and the accuracy is more stable. After pre-stretching, the ball screw greatly increases the transmission stiffness and eliminates the influence of thermal deformation caused by fast movement. Dual-frequency laser interferometer is used as pitch compensation for all three axes, thus ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool

High speed, high precision spindle: through high torsion gear belt transmission, no slip, and can greatly reduce transmission noise and heat generation. Spindle adopts precision grade bevel ball bearing, standard speed up to 6000r/min. High performance grease lubricated spindle bearing, economical spindle head cooling system, effectively control spindle high speed temperature rise. Spindle using IRD dynamic balance more positive equipment, direct correction of spindle dynamic balance, so that the spindle in high speed operation, avoid resonance phenomenon, to ensure the best machining accuracy
