PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

This type adopts direct drive gear hobbing technology, uses high precision motorized spindle and DD motor to drive hob shaft and workpiece shaft directly, and combines with high precision Angle encoder, makes gear machining precision higher, eliminates mechanical transmission chain error, truly realizes "zero transmission".

MACHINE FEATURES

 

1. This machine tool has seven axes and four linkage, and the seven CNC axes are:; A- Rotary movement of hob holder; B- Spindle rotation movement of hob; C- workpiece headstock rotation movement; X- radial feed motion,Y- tangential feed motion; Z-axial feed movement; U-tail seat center feed movement; The four linkage axes are: B axis, C axis, X axis, Z axis;
2. The machine bed is made of high rigid cast iron base and double-walled structure, which makes the overall rigidity stronger and accuracy more stable;
3. The tool rest shaft (B shaft) is directly driven by motorized spindle, and the workpiece shaft (C shaft) is directly driven by DD motor, achieving zero transmission and improving the accuracy and stability of the machine tool;
4. Equipped with special human-computer interaction software, easy for operators to learn and use;
5. Automatic channeling tool function: set reasonable parameters, in the process of processing to achieve fixed length, quantitative automatic channeling tool, so that the tool uniform wear, improve tool durability;
6. Fast recoil tool protection function: in case of failure in the process of processing, snap the recoil key in time or sudden power failure, the workpiece and the tool keep synchronized and quickly recoil to protect the tool from collision damage;
