MACHINE FEATURES

1. Machine tool is six axes and four linkage, six CNC axes are:; A- Rotary movement of hob holder; B- Spindle rotation movement of hob; C- workpiece headstock rotation movement; X-radial feed motion; Y-tangential feed motion; Z-axial feed movement; The four linkage axes are: B axis, C axis, X axis, Z axis;
2. Machine bed with high rigidity cast iron base, double wall structure, the overall rigidity is stronger, more stable accuracy;
3. Tool rest shaft (B axis) adopts electric spindle direct drive, workpiece shaft (C axis) adopts DD motor direct drive, achieving zero transmission, improving the accuracy and stability of the machine tool;
