PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

• 5 axis Milling machining center bed herringbone design, the thickness of the reinforcement in the structure of the machine box is more than 20MM, the reinforcement is 25-30mm, the broadband is more than 50MM.  Uniform force, stable organization, to ensure long-term quality of machine tools. 
• All castings of our company are calculated and analyzed by finite element analysis, reasonable structural strength and the collocation of strengthening ribs, providing high rigidity of machine tools.  The casting material is HT-300.  The combination of artificial tempering and natural aging completely eliminates the internal stress of the casting, making the machine have good rigidity and accuracy retention, and the equipment is not easy to deform during prolonged processing.
