B5020 slotting machine is used for all kinds of workpiece surface, forming surface and keyway, internal keyway, spline and internal teeth processing, can also be used for all kinds of die processing. This machine tool is suitable for batch production factories, single small batch production factories and all kinds of repair factories.
The machine tool is composed of bed, ram, workbench, feed box, gearbox, electrical, lubrication and other main components
1. Bed part: composed of the main parts of the upper bed and the lower bed.
2. Ram part: that is, the crank mechanism, that is, the rotation movement of the crank gear is changed into the reciprocating movement of the ram structure
3. The table part: is composed of round table, sliding block and sliding block and other main parts.
4. Three-axis movement: the insert tool with the slider in the vertical linear reciprocating movement, the workpiece along the longitudinal, transverse and circumferential direction of intermittent feed movement to achieve the processing of the workpiece.
5. The use of three-phase AC power supply: 380V, 50Hz
