The machine can process all kinds of metal materials and alloys, non-ferrous metals, non-metallic materials and other workpieces. It can complete the rough and fine turning of inner and outer cylindrical surface, inner and outer conical surface, flat surface, circular arc surface, all kinds of complicated rotary surface, inner and outer ring groove.

MACHINE FEATURES

WORKBENCH STRUCTURE:
Table par is consisting of the workbench, table base, spindle components and transmission components.

ELECTRIC SYSTEM

Hydraulic stations include:
table static pressure system, the main transmission system, cross-beam clamping system, vertical turret ram hydraulic balance system. Static pressure system table by the oil pump, the static pressure oil is allocated to each oil pool, table height by adjusting the reach of 0.06-0.15mm.
