WORKTABLE
1) The worktable can be manually rotated 360 degrees, four points precise positioning (standard). Or CNC rotary table B (optional, subject to customer confirmation.)
2) The horizontal movement of the work table along the sliding seat is X-axis, which is connected with the imported ball screw by the AC servo motor through the elastic coupling, with compact structure and stable movement.
COLUMN PART
1) Y axis main axle box moves up and down along the column, Y axis adopts AC servo motor through elastic coupling and connected with imported ball screw, compact structure, stable movement.
2) The column guide rail pair uses two rectangular slide guide rails, with PTFE guide veneer, after strict manual scraping into wear resistance, pressure resistance, good stability.
SPINDLE
Spindle bearing adopts high-precision tapered roller bearing, tool installation adopts disc spring clamping, hydraulic release structure. Between the spindle motor and the spindle, the synchronous gear belt and two gears are used to transfer power to the spindle.
MACHINE BED:
1) The machine bed is cast as a whole. It has good precision stability.
2) The longitudinal movement of the sliding seat along the bed is the Z-axis. Z axis adopts AC servo motor and imported ball screw through elastic coupling, compact structure, smooth movement.
