The XYZ three-axis adopts heavy-duty roller linear guide rail, which has the advantages of good dynamic characteristics, large load-carrying capacity, high running precision, no creeping at low speed, and small frictional resistance.
X/Y/Z axis feed mechanism: AC servo motor + coupling + high-precision ball screw (pre-tightening treatment is adopted between the ball screw and the nut, the whole stroke is inspected, and the clearance is eliminated) structure.
The Z-axis is driven by a high-power servo motor with brake (without mechanical balance device) to ensure that the machine tool has a high dynamic response speed
