TH6413 Horizontal milling and boring machine is a series of boring and milling machine products independently developed by Jiuwu Fine Machine on the basis of giving full play to its own advantages and digesting and absorbing international advanced technology. The series of products inherit the traditional milling and boring machine base frame, strong rigidity, structural symmetry, strong stability and other advantages on the basis of the introduction of international advanced dynamic rigid design concept, all use PRO/E three-dimensional design, the main structure of the machine tool using finite element analysis, through optimizing the fabric structure, reasonable distribution of mass optimization design of moving parts. The excellent bed has the function of draining liquid, and the novel box structure makes the spindle more rigid.
The machine tool has the function of liquid cooling and air cooling, TH6413 can be equipped with 24 disk tool library or 40 chain tool library.
According to the different characteristics of customers, we can choose a variety of functional parts such as spray spindle, chain plate chip removal device, semi-closed guard, fully closed guard, etc., which can provide customers with cost-effective and satisfactory products. The product technical index and configuration of the domestic leading, product structure and process mature, product quality is stable.

1) The machine bed is cast as a whole. It has good precision stability.
2) The longitudinal movement of the sliding seat along the bed is the Z-axis. Z axis adopts AC servo motor and imported ball screw through elastic coupling, compact structure, smooth movement.
WORKTABLE
1) The worktable can be manually rotated 360 degrees, four points precise positioning (standard). Or CNC rotary table B (optional, subject to customer confirmation.)
SPINDLE BOX
Spindle bearing adopts high-precision tapered roller bearing, tool installation adopts disc spring clamping, hydraulic release structure. Between the spindle motor and the spindle, the synchronous gear belt and two gears are used to transfer power to the spindle.
X, Y, Z, W four linear coordinates are using high-precision ball screw, screw is produced by Japan NTN company special bearing support, X, Y, Z three coordinates are using both ends of the pre-tensile structure, to adapt to the high-speed positioning of the screw high speed.
