PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

DL-25MH machine tool is a double coordinate, two axis linkage, semi-closed loop control turning center produced by our company. The main body of the bed adopts the overall casting forming, the bed guide rail 45° inclined layout, with high rigidity.  Control system adopts Japan FANUC 0I-TF PLUS system (or other domestic and foreign high quality system) and AC servo drive, easy to operate, reliable operation.  Spindle motor adopts AC wide area servo main motor, power is 18.5/22kW.  Can be within φ310mm of the shaft parts and within φ500mm of the disk parts for all kinds of turning, drilling, milling processing.

MACHINE FEATURES

The main drive system of the machine is driven by AC servo motor, and the main shaft is directly driven by V belt with high efficiency.  Noise problems caused by gearbox transmission chains are avoided.

The front and rear ends of the spindle adopt NSK precision high-speed spindle bearing group, and apply appropriate preload, with the best span support and box-type spindle box, so that the spindle has high rigidity and high-speed operation ability.

The machine tool is equipped with 12 station power turret imported from Italy and axial and radial power tools, which can complete drilling, milling, tapping and other combined processing other than turning, and improve the process concentration ability and processing accuracy of parts processing.

Machine tool adopts ball screw and linear rolling guide rail to pay, high transmission efficiency, good accuracy retention, so that the tool rest of the machine move fast and stable, and high positioning accuracy.
