PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Adopting the principle of expansion method, through the function of electronic gear box (EGB) of numerical control system, it is mainly used for machining various high-precision spur gear, helical gear, worm gear, drum gear, and spline. The machine has strong rigidity and stable precision. It can be used for high speed dry cutting, high speed wet cutting and hard tooth surface processing.

MACHINE FEATURES

 

1. This machine tool is six axes and four linkage, six CNC axes are:; A- Rotary movement of hob holder; B- Spindle rotation movement of hob; C- workpiece headstock rotation movement; X-radial feed transport; Y-tangential feed motion; Z-axial feed movement; The four linkage axes are: B axis, C axis, X axis, Z axis; Note: If it is YKS3612CNC7, the corresponding CNC axis shall be added according to the model: U-tailstock center feed movement.
2. Machine bed for high rigidity cast iron base, double wall structure design, machine rigidity is better, accuracy is stable;
3. Spindle/servo motor directly connected tool rest design, with locking mechanism tool rest, the overall rigidity is stronger;
4. Electronic gear box (EGB) function: multi-axis precise synchronous control interpolation function, can be convenient to realize the motion of tooth and differential compensation motion;
5. Automatic channeling tool function: set reasonable parameters, in the process of processing to achieve fixed length, quantitative automatic channeling tool, so that the tool uniform wear, improve tool durability;

9. High-speed dry or wet cutting: choose the right tool, machine tools can be high-speed dry cutting or wet cutting mode;
10. The machining accuracy of the machine tool can reach Class 6 of GB/T10095.1-2008, and the tooth surface roughness is Ra1.6μm.
