Arm Type Toolpost device the capacity of the blade is 24, the double arm type automatic knife arm and CAM changing machine, driven by motor, fast and stable. The driving and positioning mechanism of the big capacity of the cutter, the motor and the drum CAM, the stability is high.
The X, Y, Z coordinate screw of the machine tool adopts high-precision ball screw pair, adopts special bearing for the screw, the front 3 and the back 2 are fixed, and the double nuts are pretightened, so that the rigidity is strengthened and the accuracy is more stable. After pre-stretching, the ball screw greatly increases the transmission stiffness and eliminates the influence of thermal deformation caused by fast movement. Dual-frequency laser interferometer is used as pitch compensation for all three axes, thus ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
X, Y axis feed using the linear rolling guide rail support, Z axis adopt sliding guide support, high precision, good bearing performance, to ensure the positioning precision of the machine tool and repeat positioning accuracy.
Spindle standard for direct spindle: high speed, high precision spindle through non-backlash elastic coupling direct drive motor, speed up to 12000r/min, high performance grease lubrication spindle bearing, economic spindle head ring spray cooling system, effectively control the spindle high speed temperature rise. Optional belt spindle (optional configuration) : spindle and motor drive through high torsion toothed belt, no slip, up to 8000r/min. The spindle adopts high performance grease lubricated spindle bearing and economical spindle head cooling system to effectively control the high speed temperature rise of the spindle. Spindle using IRD dynamic balance more positive equipment, direct correction of spindle dynamic balance, so that the spindle in high speed operation, avoid resonance phenomenon, to ensure the best machining accuracy.
