PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

1. The German Siemens (SIEMENS) 828D numerical control system is used to realize four-axis three-linkage, and the main drive of the cutter shaft is driven by a frequency conversion spindle motor, which can realize infinitely variable speed. The machine tool   is equipped with electronic handwheel tool setting function.
2. The radial feed of the column adopts a high-precision ball screw, which has high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
3. Equipped with an independent hydraulic  station, which  provides powerful lubrication  of the tool rest and drive box, ordinary lubrication of the knife mechanism, and  loosening and clamping of the rotary oil cylinder of the worktable.
4. Equipped with a separate cooling oil tank, using large flow cooling to prolong the life of the tool.
5. Adopting a statically indeterminate double-roller let-down mechanism, it can also achieve accurate, stable and low-noise let-down movement under high-speed stroke. The machine tool also has the function of oblique tool yielding, which can avoid tool interference when machining internal teeth.
6. The main components of the product such as high-precision worm  gear  pair,  hyperstatic double-roller let-down mechanism, precision hole system and  shaft parts  are processed by imported high-precision equipment in the company to ensure the precision and high stability of the machine tool.
7. Different types of machine tools and optional configurations can be selected according to the gear parameters and characteristics, so as to expand the processing range of the machine tool and complete the processing of parts such as inverted bevel teeth and non-circular gears.
