PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

• MB1316 The machine adopts a typical "inverted T type" dynamic column structure, the horizontal bed and planer are hanging headstock layout, optional high precision grating ruler full closed-loop control.
• It is characterized by strong rigidity, symmetrical structure, fast dynamic response, high precision and good stability.
• The balance of headstock adopts hydraulic balancing mechanism, automatic chip removal, chain tool library, and equipped with tool - workpiece cooling system and transmission cooling system.
• The machine tool is suitable for medium and large size, weight of the basic large parts and plate, plate, shell, mold parts of high efficiency, high precision continuous milling, drilling, boring, hinge and other processes. Widely used in aerospace, Marine, wind power, textile machinery, petroleum machinery, coal machinery, construction machinery and other fields.
• All large parts of machine tool foundation are cast with high quality gray cast iron and resin sand process. According to the dynamic analysis, reasonable reinforcement is made, so as to ensure its good anti-bending and anti-bending ability, with good precision stability.
• Before processing large parts, secondary tempering is carried out to eliminate stress. Precision linear heavy-duty roller guide is adopted to ensure the rigidity and accuracy stability of machine tools.

MACHINE FEATURES

MACHINE BED
The front bed and the cross bed of the machine tool are cast as a whole, using the arch bridge type of high rigidity structure, the overall layout is a typical "inverted T" structure, with good accuracy and stability.

WORKTABLE
The worktable adopts special bearing of three-side thrust center turntable, worm gear and worm drive structure, greatly improving the load and accuracy. Rotary detection uses imported circular grating for direct measurement, closed-loop control, can realize arbitrary Angle positioning, high indexing accuracy, can ensure the coaxiality of U-turn boring. The linkage and interpolation motion can be realized with other feed axes.

SPINDLE BOX
The spindle bearing adopts imported famous brand angular contact ball bearing, the tool installation adopts disc spring clamping, hydraulic release structure, between the spindle motor and the spindle, the two-speed gear box (thermostat tank cooling), the spindle motor and the two-speed gear box directly connected, and then the power is transferred to the spindle through the gear.

TOOL MAGAZINE
This model uses Taiwan famous brand Shengjie (or Kiev) 40 Bar Tool Magazine, tool change stable and reliable, long-term use of low failure rate.

OPERATION
