Worktable:
The work table is composed of work table, work table base, spindle parts and transmission mechanism, the work table and the work table base for the whole casting process. Zinc-aluminum alloy guide plate is inlaid on the guide surface of the worktable, and pressure oil is injected between the guide rails to form dynamic pressure guide rails. Therefore, the worktable has large bearing capacity and high rotary accuracy.
BEAM:
The beam moves up and down on the column. The beam is composed of tool rest feeding drive mechanism, beam clamping mechanism and hydraulic device. A set of automatic lubricating oil pump is installed on the beam to lubricate the guide surface as required.
Electrical cabinet:
All electrical components are integrated in the power distribution cabinet. The electrical components are well-known in China. At the same time, our company also provides HEIDENHAIN, Siemens, and Schneide as optional components.
VERTICAL TOOL REST
The X axis and Z axis of the vertical tool rest are driven by the servo motor, and the torque is increased through the deceleration box. The two axes are controlled by the electromagnetic clutch switch and locked together to realize various complex machining.
