The working table is composed of rotary working table, working table base, and spindle device and transmission mechanism.
The base adopts vibration absorbing structure design, and adopts radial type and ring type reinforcement. The layout is optimized reasonably, so that the base has high strength, stiffness and shock resistance.
The tool rest is controlled by the DVT system and consists of a beam slide seat, a rotary slide seat, a pentagram slide seat, and a ball screw assembly. The horizontal feed is driven by the servo motor through the precision planetary reducer to the ball screw for horizontal movement. The vertical feed is driven by a servo motor through a precision planetary reducer to make vertical movement of the ball screw.
The main transmission mechanism is driven by AC30KW motor transmission, transmission is controlled by electromagnetic slide valve variable speed oil cylinder, variable speed fork to promote the variable speed gear to achieve 16 gears.
The electrical control part is completely designed, constructed, debugging and after-sales service (non-outsourcing) by the company, which can effectively guarantee product quality and solve users' worries.
