WORKBENCH STRUCTURE:
The working table has the function of starting, stopping, moving and changing speed. The spindle is equipped with a double-row centripetal short cylindrical roller bearing, and its inner ring has a taper hole. The radial clearance is adjusted to ensure the spindle accuracy. The worktable adopts constant current hydrostatic guide rail to bear the load in the vertical direction. The machine tool can work normally under the ambient temperature of 0--40ºC.

BEAM PART
It is composed of beam, horizontal feed transmission structure, clamping mechanism and hydraulic device. The beam is made of high strength and low stress cast iron, which has enough stiffness and strength. After aging treatment, it can ensure the precision of the machine tool.
ELECTRIC SYSTEM
The machine tool is controlled by Fanuc 0i-TF numerical control system, and the DVT tool rest is controlled by PLC. The system control elements and motor drive units are installed in the independent distribution cabinet, and all the operating elements are centrally installed in the floor cabinet type button station. The operation control part is concentrated on the independent floor operation platform, the CNC tool rest and the DVT tool rest are equipped with hand-held units respectively, the operation is simple, convenient and flexible.
GANTRY
Gantry from the left and right columns and connecting beams.
