PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

• The machine consists of a bed, a column, a cross slide table, a worktable and a spindle box. Seven supporting pads are placed under the bed to fix the machine.

• The machine adopts box structure and hard cast iron material.  The column is fixed on the bed. Z-axis linear guide rail is installed above the column. The spindle box moves up and down along the Z-axis linear guide rail.  Y axis linear guide rail is installed above the bed, and the cross slide table moves forward and backward along the Y axis linear guide rail.  The table moves left and right along the X axis linear guide rail mounted on the cross slide table.

• Manipulator knife library, lubrication system and pneumatic control system are installed on the left side of the column, and electrical control equipment is installed on the right rear bracket of the bed.  The whole machine has compact structure and reasonable arrangement.

MACHINE FEATURES
