The machine has strong rigidity and stable precision. It can be used for high speed dry cutting, high speed wet cutting and hard tooth surface processing.

MACHINE FEATURES

1. This machine tool has seven axes and four linkage, seven CNC axes are:; A- Rotary movement of hob holder; B- Spindle rotation movement of hob; C- workpiece headstock rotation movement; X-radial feed motion; Y-tangential feed motion; Z-axial feed movement; U-tail seat center feed movement; The four linkage axes are: B axis, C axis, X axis, Z axis;
2. Machine bed for high rigidity cast iron base, double wall structure design, machine rigidity is better, accuracy is stable;
3. Spindle/servo motor directly connected tool rest design, with locking mechanism tool rest, the overall rigidity is stronger;
