X, Y, Z axis feed is supported by linear rolling guide rail (currently, when selecting belt and gear spindle, Z axis can only be sliding guide rail), with high precision and good bearing performance, ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool. Z axis can choose slide rail (rail width of 100 mm), slide rail is fully hardened and with precision grinding processing, combination of satisfactory precision quality. When Z is rolling guide rail, the fast moving speed is 30m/min, and when Z is sliding guide rail, the fast moving speed is 20m/min.
The X, Y, Z coordinate screw of the machine tool adopts high-precision ball screw pair, adopts special bearing for the screw, the front 3 and the back 2 are fixed, and the double nuts are pretightened, so that the rigidity is strengthened and the accuracy is more stable.
