TK6411C CNC horizontal milling and boring machine is a single column, side hanging box, cross sliding table structure.
The rectangular grinding guide pair with widened section is adopted. The imported PTFE special guide surface is adopted. Both sides of the bed are supported by integral inlay rigid auxiliary guide. Small vibration during feed movement, no crawling at low speed, with good precision and stability.
The spindle is equipped with a two-stage planetary gear reduction box to provide the most perfect cutting performance of the spindle. The boring shaft adopts Φ130mm spindle, high strength 38CrMoAl alloy steel material, high hardness of secondary nitriding processing technology, high power AC servo spindle motor, spindle system rigidity, strong cutting, high processing efficiency. The maximum speed of the boring shaft can reach 1500rpm
Each feed shaft adopts high precision imported ball screw, rigid coupling with zero backgap, ball screw and motor directly connected, smooth movement, high precision.
Using numerical control rotary table (rat tooth disk structure or worm gear arbitrary indexing structure), accurate positioning, high indexing precision.

SPINDLE BOX
Spindle bearing adopts high-precision tapered roller bearing, tool installation adopts disc spring clamping, hydraulic release structure. Between the spindle motor and the spindle, the synchronous gear belt and two gears are used to transfer power to the spindle.
The air switch, button, band switch, induction switch, intermediate relay, contactor and overcurrent protection switch used in machine tool electrical are all imported famous brand quality components such as France Brand and Japan Omron.
The horizontal movement of the work table along the sliding seat is X-axis, which is connected with the imported ball screw by the AC servo motor through the elastic coupling, with compact structure and stable movement.
The longitudinal movement of the sliding seat along the bed is the Z-axis. Z axis adopts AC servo motor and imported ball screw through elastic coupling, compact structure, smooth movement.
