PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

 

The machine is suitable for batch, small batch and single production and processing cylindrical gear and worm gear, and a certain parameter of drum gear, spline hob is also available for dividing roll cutting short more than 6 teeth, teeth spline shaft;Can also use the sprocket hob roll cutting sprockets.
Machining cylindrical gear can be used when conventional milling or cut down milling roll, can adopt the axial feed (vertical feed) method to work out the whole tooth width.
The machine roll cutting ordinary worm gear is processed using the radial feed method.
