PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

The machine is a six axis and four linkage high efficiency CNC Gear hobbing machine, wet processing.
The machine adopts vertical layout structure, and the linear movement shaft guide rail is supported by large plane cast iron guide rail and scraped by precision shovel, with good contact strength and movement accuracy; The machine tool has the advantages of compact structure, good dynamic and static rigidity, which is suitable for the use of multi-head hob for large cutting amount, greatly improving the cutting efficiency, especially for the efficient processing of large modulus gear.
The machine is equipped with fully closed protective cover, oil mist collection device, automatic chip removal device, automatic workpiece clamping device, etc. Optional automatic loading and unloading unit and workpiece bin, which can easily form automatic gear processing production line with other machine tools.
The machine has good HMI interface, parametric programming function, system self-diagnosis function.
